I think I have issues with authority. I just can't bring myself to refer to the Senior Management staff by their first names, instead always calling them Mr... and Mrs...
I hope I never have to talk to the principal, I'd probably feel obliged to bow.
hey i know exactly what you mean! im a LSA at a restart school and i spend my time avoiding the prinicpal. when he says my name i have a mini heart attack and i look like a frightened cat thats been caught in the headlights. really need to go something about that if he is goin to have to interview me for my GTP.

Yeah, bright green glowing eyes don't go tend to down well at interviews.
I think it's the way you're brought up, i still struggle to call anyone over 50 by their first name too They were always Mr or Mrs or Auntie so and so LOL

and y is it when students find out yr name its like oh my god you r human!!! no i have a batch number tattoed on my arse instead.

you will get used to it ebventually. It took me years to be able to call the elderly by their names. it's just a foreign concept to me. respect and so on. but after a while u get used it
